The Belgrave Community Hub involved the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a two-story building including:
• Offices
• Multi-purpose rooms
• Meeting rooms
• Consulting rooms
• Loading bay
• Reception and associated amenities.
• Play spaces and carparking
The uniquely shaped steel roof structure and façade of the building features many architectural elements such as feature brickwork, patterned precast concrete, glazing and silver top timber battens.
Once again, the project was completed by Ireland Brown Constructions, however, Jarrod was the Project Manager and successfully handed over the project 2 months ahead of schedule.
