Jarrod Langborne is the company director and remains solely responsible in the negotiation and daily management of projects. We have developed strong management plans and protocols. Langcon’s systems are currently certified for by Atlas Certification’s which upholds our commitments to Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management. The system has been designed to enhance our project delivery and is recognised in:

About Langcon and Jarrod
Jarrod Langborne, Managing Director of Langcon has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry.
Prior to establishing Langcon, Jarrod has worked with Leighton Contractors (CPB) for 4 years, and Ireland Brown Constructions for 8 years, managing many of the companies multimillion dollar projects. Jarrod prides himself on working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders while successfully delivering construction projects. Jarrod’s clear communication and hands on approach is highly regarded with a variety of client groups, building users and contractors. Jarrod is a broad-based general management director with experience in all core-operating functions, top- flight negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to successfully meet client expectations.
Project: Belgrave Community Hub 2017
The Belgrave Community Hub involved the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a two-story building which included offices, multi-purpose rooms, meeting rooms, play spaces, reception and loading bay.
The uniquely shaped steel roof structure and façade of the building features many architectural elements such as feature brickwork, patterned precast concrete, glazing and silver top timber battens.
This project was completed 2 months ahead of schedule.
